Medieval Lemon Cakes

IN 1596 a man named Thomas Dawson wrote a book called "The good huswifes Iewell". In it was this recipe for Lemon Cakes.
In this video I work to recreate the recipe as closely as I can using what I have and translating it as I can.
English was a bit different back then and so was what we call a recipe.
