4 large bell peppers (any color)
6 large eggs
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste

Cooking spray or olive oil

Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.

Prepare the Bell Peppers:

Slice the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes from the inside. Rinse the peppers under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
