Quebec courts outrageously ignore Canadian laws on language rights

Critical insights on how separatist ideology-driven Quebec courts which have been ignoring Canadian laws on language rights and access to justice are acting similar to the Jim Crow law state courts. Such courts of the American south in states like Alabama systematically sought to ignore into the 1960s equality rights declared by the U.S. Constitution along with corresponding U.S. Supreme Court decisions.
