The Hawaii State Supreme Court ruled that they will disregard a citizens' fundamental right to carry a firearm in public. Heritage Foundation Senior Legal Fellow Amy Swearer says people who oppose Second Amendment rights should instead convince everyone else that their argument is good...and then change the Constitution. "The problem that these gun control activists have is that they simply haven't been able to convince enough people that they are correct," Swearer said. "It's because their arguments are terrible from a philosophical and a policy perspective."
