Hispanic Contractors Association speaks out against KCI Edgemoor agreement

Now, in addition to the Black Chamber of Commerce, the Hispanic Contractors Association is speaking out against the Edgemoor, the firm selected to build a new KCI. Leaders said a meeting with the Edgemoor team didn't go well and they feel there wasn't enough outreach to their community. The council could vote on the agreement with Edgemoor as early as Thursday.
