Moscow has reacted to Israel's strikes on Rafah. At the Valdai Forum, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov highlighted the crisis during his speech, saying the increasing destabilization shows Israel does not want to compromise, and that the Palestinian people are being collectively punished.
