This is one of the Most Listened to Songs of all time, and the Highest Selling Single of the Eighties, and it was a song that, Incredibly, most People had no idea Who the Main Characters were, or ultimately, What the Song was About...and yet, it is SO SIMPLE, if only we Knew even an Inkling of the Truth...Show more

This Track, like Most of The Police Songs, was written by Gordon Sumner, or Sting, and the Basis to the Song is a Conversation between God and Us, Dominated by God, where literally, 90% of the Song's lyrics are Spoken by God, with only 10% coming from us, and this 90/10 Split is Purposeful, as God Exists WITHIN US, in the Right Hemisphere of the Brain, where Lore, Legend and Magic exist, which makes up 90% of the Brain's Capacity, while the Left Hemisphere, our Thinking Brain of Facts, Figures and Logic makes up Only 10% of the Brain's Abilities...and this is Precisely why Jesus Christ Teaches us to Cast our Nets to the Right Side of our Vessels, so that we may come INTO Alignment with God, in the Right Hemisphere of the Brain...

But Through it all and no matter what, God is Always With Us, Watching Over Us, like the Shepherd to His Flock, thus, the Lines throughout the Song,

But as we Grow Out of Childhood, and become Victims to Organized Society, and their Endless Brainwashing of our Minds, we Drift apart from the Innocence of Childhood, and Out of Vibration with God's Frequency; hence, Suddenly, we Find ourselves Lost and Alone, where God is Calling Out to us to Return, but we simply can no longer Hear Him...

'Oh, can't you see
You belong to me?
How my poor heart aches
With every step you take?
Every move you make
And every vow you break
Every smile you fake
Every claim you stake
I'll be watching you...'

And this Pains Father Heaven, as We are HIS Creation, and He is our One, True Father, separated behind Walls of Lies, Pain, Suffering, Doubt and Fear...thus, comes our One Verse in the Song, as we Scream Out to Him, longing for that Embrace to Connect us once more...

'Since you've gone, I've been lost without a trace
I dream at night, I can only see your face
I look around, but it's you I can't replace
I feel so cold, and I long for your embrace
I keep crying, baby, baby please...'

And Notice the Pace, Musically, that Sting structures this one Verse attributed to us, it is Frantic, filled with Angst and Longing, as are the lyrics...and remember, God Hears and Feels Us, Always...the Problem is that when our Vibration plummets, and we Lose the Connection to His High Frequency, then WE CANNOT HEAR HIM, and thus, on both sides there is a Sadness, because WE are Meant to be Connected Together with Father Heaven, as ONE...

But thru the Sadness, God remains Steadfast in His Love and Loyalty to us, thus, during the Outro of the Song, Sting has God Sing the relatively Same Lines, again and again, showing us His Powerful Resolve to Stay With Us, and to NEVER Give up on Us, so that he will just keeping Holding On to Us, thru Faith, that ONE DAY, we will Awaken and come to See His Light Within Us, and Slowly begin to make that Most Powerful Connection to His Frequency, once more...
