Introduction:
B.E.C. Breakfast Sliders are the ultimate crowd-pleaser, featuring layers of crispy bacon, fluffy scrambled eggs, and melted cheese sandwiched between soft dinner rolls. They're easy to make and even easier to enjoy, making them a perfect addition to any breakfast or brunch spread!
Ingredients:
12 dinner rolls, halved
12 slices bacon, cooked until crispy
6 large eggs, scrambled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: sliced avocado, hot sauce, or ketchup for serving
Instructions:
Prepare the Ingredients:
Cook the bacon until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
Scramble the eggs in a skillet over medium heat until just set. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
Assemble the Sliders:
Place the bottom halves of the dinner rolls in the prepared baking dish.
Layer each roll with a slice of cooked bacon, a spoonful of scrambled eggs, and a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese.
Top each slider with the remaining halves of the dinner rolls.
Brush with Garlic Butter:
In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter and garlic powder.
Brush the tops of the sliders with the garlic butter mixture, ensuring even coverage.
Bake the Sliders:
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the sliders are heated through.
Serve and Enjoy:
Remove the sliders from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
Use a sharp knife to separate the sliders, if necessary.
Serve the B.E.C. Breakfast Sliders warm, with optional toppings such as sliced avocado, hot sauce, or ketchup on the side.
