Ingredients:

12 dinner rolls, halved
12 slices bacon, cooked until crispy
6 large eggs, scrambled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: sliced avocado, hot sauce, or ketchup for serving

Instructions:

Prepare the Ingredients:

Cook the bacon until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
Scramble the eggs in a skillet over medium heat until just set. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
