The New Ukrainian Military Leader, back in 1986 USSR

The new Commander-in-Chief of the Armed forces of Ukraine Alexander Syrsky, took part in a parade on Red Square in 1986. He was spotted on a video shot during the event.

At that time, Syrsky was a cadet at the Moscow Higher Combined Arms Command School.
