Russia’s response will be harsh, West will be treated like thieves – Moscow

The Council of Europe approved a resolution, requiring revenues from seized Russian assets be accounted for and stored separately. European officials hailed the move as a step closer to using the money to support Ukraine during what's called its 'recovery stage’. In response to the announcement, the Russian Foreign Ministry has commented that Moscow’s response will be harsh.
