Lavrov speaks at Middle East Conference of Valdai Discussion Club

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov is participating in a plenary session of the 13th Middle East Conference of the Valdai Discussion Club. The forum, with the support of the Institute of Oriental Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences, is holding its annual conference on February 13-14.
