Biden's Upcoming Physical Exam Will Not Include A Cognitive Test, White House Says

Democrats seem to be rallying against Special Counsel Robert Hur's report on President Joe Biden's willful retention of classified documents. Hur's not a neurologist, they say. Robert Hur is a lawyer, not a doctor, said Judd Legum. MSNBC's Molly Jong-Fast said that Hur is not a good-faith actor," adding, "He’s not a neurologist, right?" I've said it before: Biden got off easy — he should be tried for retaining classified documents as far back as when he was a senator, but instead Hur implied a jury would only find Biden to be a well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory. But maybe it's worse for him that someone has said out loud what all of us are thinking. This isn't the first time Biden's age has come up: There was an effort last year to tamp down fears that Biden wasn't all there mentally. His wife said 30-year-olds couldn't keep up with his schedule (which is empty through Thursday). I think it was The Daily Beast that published a piece called, "Biden is old. Get used to it."

I remember the New York Times getting into huge trouble with subscribers when it published a piece on what an 81-year-old's brain is like.
