The Ultimate iPhone 15 Filming Rig - 4k60FPS - ProRes - External Recording + Kswap Honda Civic Demo

The iPhone has been a great back up for filmmakers for along time now. With the introduction of the iPhone 15 things dramatically changed and what once was only thought to be an emergency camera, is now fitted with a lot of the same tech found in a cinema camera. ProRes isn't necessarily new to iPhone world, however what was new was the 4K60 and the external recording it requires, due to its huge files sizes.

With the iPhone being such a capable beast, we come finding ourselves asking " how capable " and dreams of what me might be able to expand these to. This video starts to demonstrate the insanely wide option & applications you can use for filming.

In this video " The Ultimate iPhone Filming Rig " , I build a rig that can record externally @ 4k60FPS ProRes Raw 10 Bit Color, records audio externally using digital microphone, Adjustable ND filter , Grips W/ Bluetooth rec. button and pivoting base/stand all while charging for those extra long sessions.
