Brigadier General Mark Kimmitt on Trump, NATO, Rafah

Retired US Army Brigadier General Mark Kimmitt gives his insight on former President Donald Trump saying he'd allow Russia to attack NATO allies who don't meet their defense spending commitment. He also talks about Israel launching strikes on the southern Gaza city of Rafah, and whether or not he thinks Israel's Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, will give the Israeli military enough time to create a plan that will protect and maintain the safety of civilians in this city.
