Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson Paid 18 Non-White Businesses $17 Million To Provide Food For Illegals

Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson is one of those sanctuary city mayors who joined together to call on the Biden administration to do something about the border, as their cities were being overrun with illegal immigrants who required food and shelter well beyond what the city was able to provide. Johnson melted down at a presser in December and accused Texas Gov. Greg Abbott of "attacking our country" by busing migrants to Chicago. There's a bright side to the story, though. Local news reports that a $17 million program to feed illegal immigrants will go to minority-owned businesses. Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson is paying non-White businesses to provide food for illegals, $17 million of tax dollars have already gone towards this race-based program to feed Chicago's illegals in the past 8 months.

Sounds kinda racist and anti-American. I have a hard time feeling sorry for people who vote for this. How is it legal to give businesses tax dollars based on race? I’m pretty sure it’s not. Doesn’t the law require that any aid, funded by the taxpayer, for businesses be dolled out w/o consideration of race? America 1st Legal, How is it legal for the Mayor of Chicago to discriminate against white business owners and other races when he’s using tax dollars? You’ve got your hands full with all these racists. So paying to feed illegals is an "investment" in black and brown-owned small businesses? What's the return on that investment?
