Alan Masters and Jan Masters host today’s Perilous World Radio show. The topic of today is "What Is LOVE?". However, before they get to their main topic, Jan opens with how the enemy is at our back door. “Red Flags” seem to be popping up as sheriffs are warned to get ready for something wicked this way comes. The enemy is always at work, says Jan. Is there something that we should be doing? What will you do about it when it all comes crashing down? Do you have a plan? At a certain point, you need to have this discussion.
Alan and Jan switch topics as they discuss dealing with your children. There is something precious when you deal with them the right way, and we sometimes, in return, learn a lesson for ourselves, like instant forgiveness.
What is LOVE? We all think we know what love is, but as we mature, we learn that there are depths to love that we weren’t aware of. God’s love is infinite. 1 Corinthians 13:4-8 says, “Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, It does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always preserves.”
