Susi Gott Seguret provided an outstanding experience for us in Asheville.
After luncheon at WWC cafeteria, we went truffle hunting with Natalie Dechiara & her truffle dog Eva - found 2.5lbs of truffles! We then had supper at the MarketPlace hosted by chef William Dissen to whom Susi provided T.melanosporum Perigord truffles from Margaret Townsend's KY orchard. Next day we had a memorable culinary truffle usage education from Gold medal winning Chef Chris Bugher at A-B Tech, then had luncheon at chef Katie Button's La Bodega to whom Susi had again provided Perigord truffles. Highly recommended.
