Multi-Vehicle Crash Sends Six to Hospital

Four children and two adult were transported to a hospital following a multi-vehicle crash that happened Friday night in Lehigh Acres. The crash happened at the intersection of Lee Blvd and Curtis Ave at approximately 7 p.m. Florida Highway Patrol say a man traveling in a Ford Mustang on Lee Blvd collided with a second vehicle traveling in front of him. The second car spun out of control and flipped several times before crashing into a third car parked outside of a home, FHP said. Multiple witnesses say the the man driving the Ford Mustang was racing with other cars not involved in the collision. That driver is facing Reckless Driving charges.
