No More Cavities with Silica Water

This is amazing because we've been really terrible about brushing lately due to all the stress we have been under. We've moved 3 times in 3 years. We also have not been eating a healthy, nutrient-dense diet.

The only thing I have changed in the past few years is adding silica to our drinking water. It's so easy to make and costs almost nothing. I just filter tap water in my Berkey and then I add 3 ingredients. The recipe is below on my blog.
