WWE SmackDown 2/9/24: Plans Change... Part 2 & NXT 2/12/14 Recap/Review/Results

Apparently the backlash got to WWE big time in the last seven days, because now they've course corrected back to their original game plan for WrestleMania XL. SmackDown was a very interesting show on Friday night. Triple H. asserted his authority and officially declared Roman vs. Cody for WrestleMania, and the Elimination Chamber hype begins with a series of qualifying matches. Also, retro NXT continues to be a reminder that not all of the black and gold era was sunshine and rainbows.
