Ewan McGregor BEGGING Fans For MORE Obi-Wan Kenobi! Star Wars is DEAD!

Star Wars is a dead brand. Show after show, announcement after announcement is met with disgust from disillusioned fans and the remaining sycophants are waiting to turn on the once great franchise at a moments notice. When you have a great actor in Ewan McGregor, resorting to begging fans to make a second season for an ill-fated show so his character can have a proper send off, it's a terrible sign of where the franchise is.

While at MegaCon in Florida, McGregor closed his panel by trying to rouse the fans in attendance to write into Disney to make an Obi-Wan Kenobi second season a possibility. It's sad that we are here, but Disney and Lucasfilm have made it so.

But hey, aren't you excited for The Acolyte?!?!?
