Dublin Concludes Treaty Of Friendship With Ramallah After Shunning Israeli Ambassador

According to a tweet from Daithí Doolan, Dublin City Council has signed a 'treaty of friendship' with Ramallah.

The meeting included the Palestinian Ambassador to Ireland and came after the City Council refused a request from the Ambassador of Israel, Dana Erlich, to meet.

In a statement, the Israeli Ambassador said that the embassy had hoped to use the meeting in order to raise concerns about antisemitism and an atmosphere of fear among Irish Jews.
