As Americans gathered with their families to watch Super Bowl LVIII, the U.S. Senate voted to move a bill closer to passage in "The Upper Chamber" that would give more financial aid to Ukraine, first time aid to Israel in its current war with Hamas, money toward the defense of Taiwan, and other issues around the globe. Is this the right thing to do and why was it being done on a day when almost no one in America was paying attention?
