The Pfizer mRNA Covid vaccines are associated with cancer due to a complex interplay between the ingredients within the vials and the recipient's own cells and genome. This includes, but is not limited to, the spike protein's attack on TOL-like receptors which detect and rid the body of unhealthy cells; and the DNA contamination which can interfere with genes such as P53 and BRCA, both of which are responsible for suppressing cancerous cells.
