FIRST TIME WORKING AS A PASTRY CHEF STAGIAIRE

i'm at home croissanterie often and help with things here and there (rolling pastries, helping front of house) but have never helped an entire day so i decided to be a stag for a day to experience what a day in the life of ben/a pastry chef is like! (& yes we pronounce stag wrong on purpose in the video).

this was so much fun & i got to do so many things! maybe if i get to keep living this content creator life, i'll come stag here more often. do you think ben will let me laminate eventually? 👀
