Happy Lunar New Year to all my fellow Asians watching this, and have a nice weekend for my other viewers.

Now, I try shabu shabu, which is a Mongolian-based meal where you boil pork and vegetables of your choice in a beef broth, then eat it.
I used pork, bok choy, mushrooms, and enoki mushrooms in the shabu shabu I had with my parents. Later we had udon noodles boiled in the broth, then ate it. I had more pork afterward.
While shabu shabu is a Mongolian-origin dish, it is enjoyed by Chinese, South Koreans, and other Asians.
