( 3 ) 1 Corinthians 13, Through the Glass, Darkly !

Paul was admonishing the church at Corinth because they were abusing the gifts. They were focusing all the work on outdoing one another rather that one Loving one another and others with Charity, or Godly love. The Corinthian church is much like the American church today. The focus many times is Not on the Love (Agape) in Christ, but focus on the gifts. Christ should be our major focus. So Paul is admonishing us as well. A good lesson for all of us !
