3-year-old removed from accused family of heroin users; 3 arrested

Officials removed a 3-year-old boy from a home with three heroin users and placed them under arrest, according to a Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office report. Kay Hanna, 68, Jeffrey Hanna, 38, Kristine Schreckengost, 42 are facing charges of child neglect.
