Bena says foreign actors were trying to interfere or get into election systems but they were not very successful Foreign actors WOULD NOT necessarily use HACKING but would use social media & other avenues to spread MISINFORMATION  and spread doubt about the accuracy of our elections! Was indicating its Ok to censor what he deems MISINFORMATION? Was he dismissing citizens data & affidavits from NE? Let him know your proof.
