why are people so stupid?

imagine this. you have to change garbages and find huge single pane glass pieces broken and stuck up in a garbage can and you just want to put your dirty paper towel in there and oh lower behold you just cut your arm up cuz you didn't see it or notice it. would you ever be that asshole that puts that glass in that garbage can? because if I'm the one that gets caught up on it I'm going to come kick your ass when I find you. and if you're going to do it you might want to check for cameras first geniuses!
