Donald Trump has said he would "encourage" Russia to attack any NATO member that fails to pay its bills within the Western military alliance. The former US president said he once told a "big leader" that he would not defend a country that owed payments and would "encourage" aggressors to "do whatever the hell they want". Addressing a crowd during a rally in South Carolina on Saturday (Feb. 10), Trump said he made the comments about Russia during a meeting of NATO leaders.
