As a longtime fan of Downton Abbey, I am watching Julian Fellowes newest series, The Gilded Age, for the first time.
In The Gilded Age season 2 episode 5, titled Close Enough to Touch, Ada announces her engagement with Mr. Forte to her family, Mrs. Winterton plots to ruin Bertha's dinner for the Duke, and Peggy is awaked to the fact that not everything has changed in the south.
