Unelected EU Technocrat: EU Should Aim For 90% Cut In Emissions By 2040

According to unelected technocrat and EU Commissioner for Climate Action, Wopke Hoekstra, the EU should aim for a 90% cut in greenhouse gas emissions by 2040.
