The officer will now conduct a series of sobriety tests, which will give him an idea of how intoxicated the female is. The officer knew at this point that the female was heavily intoxicated, because she wasn’t able to follow his instructions clearly. The female soon started regretting her actions after being handcuffed. Soon, the officer checked on the female's friend to understand if she was intoxicated. While on their way to the jail, the female kept crying for her son. The officer let the female contact her mom. While talking to her, she broke down and started crying. The female was charged with aggravated driving under the influence, failure to maintain traffic lane, failure to present DL, speeding and mandatory financial responsibility.
