Democrats Propose New Gender Category

Michigan Democrats have presented House Bill 5300, 5301 5302, and 5303 to create an "X" category for birth certificates and driver's licenses. These bills also do away with the requirement to get finger prints when changing your name. We will listen to the Judiciary Committee debating and asking questions about these bills.
