Every council works together- and it certainly isn't about the distorted understanding of hierarchy that we have down here.
There is respect for each other's unique ability and familiarity of where each one of those councils reside and what skill sets each other has. This is something we could all learn about/from each other right now, as well.
It is important for us to know that we are all representatives of these councils here, right now. We should all familiarize ourselves with the notion of working together and find frequency fluidity with each other. We are the Bridge!
