Wayne Bena Deputy of Election's WRONG Beliefs on Misinformation in Elections

Bena says foreign actors were trying to interfere or get into election systems but they were not very successful!

Foreign actors WOULD NOT necessarily use HACKING but would use social media and other avenues to spread MISINFORMATION and doubt about the accuracy of our elections!

Was he is basically saying it's okay to censor what he deems MISINFORMATION!
Was he telling the commissioners the NE citizen's presentations were MISINFORMATION?!
