This disturbing video gives a fascinating insight into the secret world of Islamic exorcisms in the UK for the first time.
A British imam allowed cameras in to film him performing a "ruqyah" ritual on an un-married woman at a mosque in Sheffield, Yorks, to dispel myths about the practice.
The ceremony was one of thousands carried out every year in the UK where imams rid men and women of evil spirits or "jinn" which they believe live inside them.
