Drunk Driver Almost Fools Police After CRASHING His Vehicle

On December 11, 2021. Officers from the Menomonee Falls police department responded to a one-vehicle crash on the highway. Upon arrival, a vehicle was located off the roadway and was stuck up against a chain link fence. Upon contacting the suspect driver, he was attempting to start his vehicle. The driver showed signs of impairment and was asked to perform field sobriety tests. Based on those tests and observations the driver was arrested for OWI 3rd offense.
