Man Unloads Shopping Cart From Road Shoulder

Info from Licensor: "I was driving northbound on M-5 approaching 14 Mile Road in Novi, MI coming home from work around 5:50 PM on Tuesday, February 6. I came to a red light, and that is when I noticed a man pulled over on the shoulder had a shopping cart, and began loading the traffic cones and buckets into his trunk. The shopping cart was in the road, which I thought was strange since he could've placed it on the shoulder, but perhaps there was a reason for doing that. When the light turned green, I honked my horn, and to my surprise, he flipped me off and tried to ram his cart into my car. I floored it out of anger but also out of fear of what this guy could do to my car. No damage was done to the vehicle, as far as I can tell."
