In a busy, growing metro like Kansas City, you wouldn't think more than 600 acres of woodland would be in the middle of it all. One group is worried that same growth might destroy the land they've dubbed the "Last KC Forest." It sits just east of Lake Waukomis between Barry Road and 68th Street.
