Pump up TRICEPS AT HOME WITHOUT IRON
Hi all. New Triceps workout at home without iron and special equipment. To visually increase the muscles of the arm, it is necessary to train the triceps, because. most of it is occupied by this triceps muscle.
The video shows the exercises, as well as a simplified version for the very beginner level. If you want to make quick progress and increase muscle mass, then I advise you to use additional weight or a weight vest for these exercises.
Also in the video are written the number of approaches, repetitions and the rest time between them. The rest time between exercises is done according to well-being, but no more than 5 minutes. The number of repetitions is also individual, depending on your training.
