High flying, gravity defying fitness fun

If you have ever thought about defying gravity, this just might be your kind of work out. The Up! Aerial Fitness offers classes in the circus arts. Owner and instructor Kim Eichorn says "we want our clients to have fun, but we definitely want them to get a workout-so we have a variety of classes also training classes where you actually learn skills." Located in the newly renovated old School 56 on West DelevanĀ in Buffalo you may encounter adults bouncing around on what looks like Jolly Jumpers. This is the Bungee Fitness class where instructor Jo Eberts has her students flying through the air with the greatest of ease. Kim says that one of the most popular classes is Aerial Yoga.
