The devil and his angels will not be able to take earthly Jerusalem (as the wall and temple are being rebuilt) Their army will be destroyed at the Euphrates/Red Sea impasse. Then the 10 tribes will return triumphantly with the Root of Jessie to Jerusalem and no one will be able to attack them any more.

This second deliverance from the land of the north should go something like this seeing it is supposed to parallel Is 11 and 12 as well as Egypt.
