Author Amber Smith says Sec. Lloyd Austin taking responsibility for his behavioral misconduct is nothing but a headline in the newspaper. Sec. Austin has had one of the least assertive, most passive tenure as Sec. of Defense. Unfortunately, it's not just Austin either; his actions are indicative of a trend amongst our military leadership.
