However, now they are saying the border is not secure, there is a migrant crisis, and it's all Donald Trump's fault. Why is the border a priority for Joe Biden now, just months before his reelection? The truth is that the border is not a priority for Joe Biden, or the Democratic Party, technically. Their priority is funding for the war in Ukraine. Many Republicans have the same priority. The problem for those Republicans is that Republican voters place Ukraine funding, if not at the very bottom, very close to the very bottom of their priorities. The border, on the other hand, is at the top of Republican voter's priorities, and that's how the border became priority for Joe Biden. It's all about Ukraine.
