Storm Shield Forecast morning update 2/1/18

Expect highs in the upper 60s in the valley, with low-70s in the Kern River Valley and mid-70s in the desert today. The south mountains see the mid-60s today with much better air quality, but their conditions are stagnant and steadily warming this weekend as well.
