There is no such thing as being healthy at any weight. Obesity is an epidemic. Processed food addiction is real, and is damaging people's ability to think clearly. In this video, I discuss some obesity data from Our World in Data, and reference "Social, clinical, and policy implications of ultra-processed food addiction"
