Former Trump Assistant AG: Colorado's 14th Amendment Case Will Get Thrown Out

Center for Renewing America Director of Litigation and former Acting Assistant AG Jeff Clark says the Supreme Court rightly admonished Colorado's 14th Amendment case to remove Donald Trump from the ballot.

Clark also criticizes Colorado officials for attempting to change the constitutional requirement for the presidency and for subverting the democratic process.
